About this course

Due to overwhelming demand, please anticipate a delay of 12 weeks in scheduling this 1:1 consultation.  The Client Services team has the ability to expedite emergency requests.  You can find more information on how Watermark categories issue severity here.

Is there an area(s) where technical changes or improvements to your system would be beneficial? 

Description: Technical Consultation projects include up to 1 hour with a technical consultant to address one-time technical changes or improvements to your system. 

Example Projects include: 

    • Google Calendar Integration - setup only
    • Update SSO Certificate
    • SSO/Authentication method change to Azure AD for SS&E and/or Next
    • Enable Gmail Integration/add-on
    • Add multiple/additional/secondary faculty to section
    • Attendance data source change (move from WebAdvisor to Self Service)

Note: Technical consultation required for changes to or inclusion of additional data feeds due to initiation of new functionality is already included in Functionality Consultation & Configuration projects along with functionality training.

Service Provided: A technical consultant will spend up to 1 hour guiding you through the process of making one-time technical changes or improvements to your system. Any one-time project should be completed within 90 days of the first meeting. 

Target Audience: Administrators or IT professionals

Number of Participants: Up to 3 administrators or IT professionals

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.

Cost: $200
