When selecting this consultation option, please indicate which one of the above features you would like to focus on.
During these sessions an SS&E expert will:
1. Provide you with an overview of the feature and best practice guidance.
2. Provide guidance through configuration and system updates, including updates to data files, as needed, with up to five hours of work from a technical consultant via email with your IT
3. Validate functionality and reporting through hands-on administrator training
Service Provided: The Student Success & Engagement Functionality Consultation and Training includes up to three 1-hour sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant.
Target Audience: System Administrators with some experience
Number of Participants: Up to 3 Administrators
Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
Cost: $1,440
