Earn your certification in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys, Watermark’s premier course evaluation tool, in this 4-hour certification course! We'll hone in on major operational steps, such as managing account settings and surveys, term-over-term project deployment/management, reporting options and system troubleshooting. We'll also cover additional tools and key functionality like metadata, Manage Courses and General Surveys, which go beyond initial set-up and training sessions. Once certified, you will be able to make the best use of updates, releases, and system use trends as you confidently manage ongoing operations in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.

*Certifications are intended for current administrators of Course Evaluation & Surveys systems who have already completed initial implementation or new administrator training and were able to complete the Onboarding Course assessment with an 80% or better.
