Description: We will train the new administrator(s) on the fundamentals of their system, including:

- General system best practices
- Your institution's current projects
- How to create new surveys and projects
- How to run reports
Service Provided: The CES New Administrator Training includes up to two 90-minute and one 60-minute training sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant.
Target Audience: New administrators with little to no experience
Number of Participants: Up to 3 administrators
Preparation for Training: All new administrators must first complete the free Course Evaluations & Surveys 101: A Primer course and complete the assessment with an 80% or better. Be sure to post your Certificate of Completion on LinkedIn!
Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
