About this course

Due to overwhelming demand, please anticipate a delay of 12 weeks in scheduling this 1:1 consultation.  The Client Services team has the ability to expedite emergency requests.  You can find more information on how Watermark categories issue severity here.

Are there substantial technical changes or improvements you would like to make to your system? 

Description: A Technical Consultant will guide you through the process of making substantial technical changes or improvements to your system. 

Example Projects:

    • Archive Person Records
      • -Up to 30 records
    • Implement new data elements to existing data feed 
      • -Up to 5 elements within the same feed
    • Attendance data source change (move from WebAdvisor to Self Service)
    • Sandbox/ Test environment system refresh or one-time mirroring of production to test
            -note: we cannot mirror test to production

Note: Technical consultation required for changes to or inclusion of additional data feeds due to initiation of new functionality is already included in Functionality Consultation & Configuration projects along with functionality training.

Service Provided: A Technical Consultant may request a short discovery meeting or may work with you through email to determine the details of the request. Up to 4 hours of work from the Technical Consultant to accomplish your goals is included as well as a follow-up validation meeting to validate that the work is complete. As needed, your Technical Consultant may schedule working sessions via Zoom. The project should be completed within 3 months from date of purchase. 

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
