Description: A Student Success & Engagement expert will guide participants through an audit of your permissions for Roles, Tags, and Notes.

Service Provided: The Student Success & Engagement Permissions Audit Training & Consultation includes up to two 1-hour sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant and up to 5 hours of auditing services. 

• • Session 1: Learning the basics of permission auditing and system permissions review
  • *Watermark completes your system audit and provides you with a detailed breakdown of Role, Tag, and/or Note permissions specific to your instance
  • Session 2: Review your audit and learn how to make or request the changes you need

*Please note that this offer does not include updates to any permissions. Your consultant will teach you how to make or request changes on your own.

Target Audience: SS&E administrators; especially beneficial for new administrators to an existing system and/or ahead of any major system changes such as an upgrade from Base to Advanced or Enterprise

Number of Participants: Up to 3 system administrators

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
