Description: We will train the new data lead(s) on the fundamentals of their system, including:

- Current data import audit of your system
- SIS Data Import Guide review (note: you must be logged into your instance of SSE to view this guide)
- Reporting & Monitoring - Understanding Error Logs
- Best practices for maintaining data feeds over time
Service Provided: The Student Success & Engagement New data lead Training includes up to three 1-hour training sessions with a Watermark Technical Consultant.
Target Audience: New data lead with little or no experience. We highly suggest that the System Administrator attend the last meeting of the series to synchronize maintenance and change management efforts.
Number of Participants: Up to 3 data leads
Preparation for Training: All new data lead must first complete the free course Student Success & Engagement 101: A Primer and complete the assessment with an 80% or better. Be sure to post your Certificate of Completion on LinkedIn!
Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
