Pre-requisite/ Requirements: This offer should only be purchased by administrators who are comfortable managing user roles and system permissions as well as reports and dashboards but who would like support training key stakeholders to manage their own reports and dashboards.

Description: A Student Success & Engagement expert will guide up to 10 key stakeholders through the process of running standard reports, building individual self-service reports for themselves and compiling those reports into dashboards. Your consultant will work with you as an administrator to first help you determine what key stakeholders should attend including reviewing those users' needs as well as their system permissions prior to the training sessions.

  • Training Session 3: The Dashboard and making reports work for you 

Service Provided: The Student Success & Engagement Group Reports Training includes up to four 1-hour training & consultation sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant. 

*Please note that your consultant will show your key stakeholders how to build a variety of report types within the current bounds of the system and their roles. If you have specific report requirements in mind and would like to first confirm that we can show you how to build that specific report, please feel free to reach out to Academy@watermarkinsights.com
