About this course

Due to overwhelming demand, please anticipate a delay of 8 weeks in scheduling this 1:1 consultation.

Do you have a group of end-users who could benefit from training from a Watermark Student Success & Engagement expert?

Description: In this session, a Watermark Product Consultant will guide campus administrators through developing a training agenda and materials for initial training and ongoing support of their faculty, staff, and other end-users. 

Training topics may include:

    • Enter Notes
    • Open and Close Alerts
    • Send Messages
    • Build Filters
    • Adjust Individualized System Settings

This training must be purchased at least 4 weeks in advance of your anticipated training date.

Service Provided: Student Success & Engagement Virtual Half Day End-User Training includes up to 3 hours of training for your end-users with a Watermark Product Consultant. Typically, training is broken into two 90-minute sessions.

Target Audience: Faculty and/or staff end-users with little or no experience in the system.

Number of Participants: Up to 25 end-users

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.

Cost: $4,800
