Are you interested in utilizing the Campaign feature and need help getting started? 

Description: Our Student Success & Engagement experts offer à la carte training and consultation session(s) customized to your institution’s needs. A Product Consultant will walk through the strategy, configuration, and training required to successfully utilize the SS&E campaigns feature. Please prioritize the 4 types of campaigns and we will cover as much as possible during the two sessions. 

Service Provided: The Student Success & Engagement Campaign Set-Up Training includes up to two 1-hour consultation sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant. 

Target Audience: SS&E users who understand how to use filters

Number of Participants: Up to 3 users 

Required Preparation: Please complete the Campaigns companion course ahead of the start of your first Campaigns meeting with your consultant. The course may be completed at any time and can be repeated as needed for better understanding. Companion courses introduce key concepts and vocabulary as well as help administrators like you make connections between your campus experiences and system training.

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
