By the end of this course, you will be able to...

  1. Define campaigns as they exist in Student Success & Engagement
  2. Follow the required steps to create a campaign
  3. Differentiate between messages and campaigns
  4. Identify when to create any one of Watermark's four campaign types

Schedule: This course is fully online and is meant to accompany your Implementation. This course will not replace your Implementation and Training but you will have continual access to this course. 

Required materials: Computer with Internet access. *Second monitor is highly suggested.

Assessment: Knowledge check activities will occur at various points within the course. These will help test your knowledge of the content within the course. (You may take these multiple times.)
