Student Success & Engagement (SSE) Administrator Virtual Certification - Tuesday, November 7th, 2023

Earn your Administrator Certification in Watermark Student Success & Engagement, Watermark’s leading Student Retention tool! We'll hone in on major operational steps and annual maintenance best practices such as managing permissions, alert types, filters, and campaigns, and pipelines through exploring in-depth Watermark Student Success & Engagement use-case scenarios. Once certified, you will be able to make the best use of updates, releases, and system use trends as you self-sufficiently manage your ongoing operations in Watermark Student Success & Engagement by Watermark.

Please note: Certification participants should have already completed implementation and/or new administrator training with a Watermark product consultant for SSE Base and/or SSE Advanced. SSE Enterprise functionality including applications and enrolment campaigns and pipelines will not be covered in this certification. *Certifications are intended for current administrators of Student Success & Engagement systems who have already completed initial implementation or new administrator training and were able to complete the Onboarding Course assessment with an 80% or better.
