• • Changing or switching Identity Providers. 
    or
  • Recreating or Reconfiguring the Navigator setup in your Identity Provider. 
    (this may need the IDP support team to work with a Watermark SSO expert)

Watermark Navigator SSO consultation projects include...

• Assignment of a dedicated Project Manager
• Up to 8 hours of work from Watermark's SSO services team
• Support from Watermark's SSO services team during SSO UAT
• May include Zoom working sessions with the SSO services team consultant and your institution's Watermark System Administrators and your IT SSO administrator as needed
• Please allocate approximately 6-10hrs of work to your institution's IdP administrator

Projects should be completed within 3 months
