Do you require assistance with your course import CSV file to make sure it’s ready to be imported into the system?

Description: A course import file can be submitted to Support any time you have multiple new courses and/or updates to your courses in Catalog. 

This training covers:

• • Purpose of course data file import
  • Formatting the CSV
  • (Optional) Course Outcomes 

You can review the course import guidelines, course learning outcomes import guidelines, and common CSV issues articles beforehand and if you need additional guidance, this consultation will provide that.

Service Provided: The Curriculum Strategy Data Import Consultation includes up to two 1-hour consultation sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant and submission of your file(s) for import.

Target Audience: Administrators of any level

Number of Participants: Up to 3 administrators and an SIS/IT representative

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.

Cost: $720
