About this course

Does your institution have new administrators that need help navigating the administrative features of Curriculum Strategy Curriculum Management?

Description: We will train the new administrator(s) on the fundamentals of their system, including:

    • System overview
    • Creating and submitting curriculum forms 
    • Review and approval of curriculum proposals
    • Administrator-level curriculum system management
    • Managing course and program changes in your catalog
    • Users and permissions
    • Yearly maintenance

Please note, this option is not appropriate for new administrators who will manage and need training for BOTH Catalog and Curriculum Management Modules. Please see the Catalog and Curriculum Management New Administrator Training option. This option is for new Curriculum Management-only administrators and/or administrators already trained on Catalog but new to Curriculum Management administration. If Catalog is administered by separate administrators, Catalog admin(s) should be be invited to the first meeting. 

Service Provided: The Curriculum Strategy Catalog New Administrator Training includes up to three 1-hour training sessions with a Watermark Product Consultant.

Target Audience: New Curriculum Management administrators with little or no experience and (if applicable) Catalog administrators.

Number of Participants: Up to 3 administrators

Preparation for Training: All new administrators must first complete both the free Curriculum Strategy - Catalog 101: A Primer and Curriculum Strategy - Curriculum Management 101: A Primer courses and complete the assessments with an 80% or better. Be sure to post your Certificate of Completion on LinkedIn!

Method: Remote. All session(s) are recorded so you will have access to the recording(s) to use as a reference and to share them with your campus team.
